The classes will be led by Long Island City resident and professional trainer
Stephanie Bogdan,

Stephanie has been working in the Fitness Industry as a Personal Trainer and Exercise
Physiologist for over four years.  She specializes in weight loss, strength and conditioning,
pre/post natal fitness, and sports specific training.  Stephanie has a B.S. in Kinesiology and a
B.S. in Spanish from The Pennsylvania State University, is certified by the American College of
Sports Medicine, and is Pre/Post Natal certified through the AAAI/ISMA.  After working as a
personal trainer at Penn State University, the Sate College Area Family YMCA, and the New York
Sports Club, she currently works as an Exercise Physiologist at the Citigroup Health & Fitness
Program and does Personal Training at Cordell Fitness in Manhattan.  

Her philosophy is to teach her clients while helping them achieve their goals.  This way they are
able to ultimately walk away with the skills and knowledge they need to continue on their own with
their new lifestyle

Instruction at The Great Charity Spin begins at 9:30 AM, March 10th

MORNING STRETCH: (open level, 9:30 AM start) This class will concentrate
on breathing, relaxation, concentration, and visualization as participants
flow through simple Pilates and Yoga-based postures, as well as hold static
stretches promoting balance, flexibility and holistic strength.

BOOT CAMP:  (open level 10:00 AM start) This class provides an intense
workout that includes various drills, agility work and plyometrics utilizing
equipment such as agility ladders, cones, and jump ropes.   This workout is
geared to help promote muscular power, strength and endurance while
burning lots of calories!
