| Instruction at The Great Charity Spin begins at 9:30 AM, March 10th MORNING STRETCH: (open level, 9:30 AM start) This class will concentrate on breathing, relaxation, concentration, and visualization as participants flow through simple Pilates and Yoga-based postures, as well as hold static stretches promoting balance, flexibility and holistic strength. BOOT CAMP: (open level 10:00 AM start) This class provides an intense workout that includes various drills, agility work and plyometrics utilizing equipment such as agility ladders, cones, and jump ropes. This workout is geared to help promote muscular power, strength and endurance while burning lots of calories! |
